Low back pain is one of the most common forms of musculoskeletal pain. In this workshop, you can expect Max to explain how to understand how our spines work, and how we can try to prevent and recover from this condition of low back pain.
Who can benefit from this workshop? Anyone with a spine! Just wear some comfortable clothes and be prepared to move.
