CLINICAL PILATES
Clinical Pilates is a system of highly specific therapeutic exercises that combines the use of Pilates equipment as well as anatomical and physiological knowledge to address a wide range of conditions.
It is an adaptation from the Pilates Method, which was invented by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. It is now used by healthcare professionals around the world to treat a variety of injuries, conditions and dysfunctional movement patterns.
