The Posture Workshop will review exercises to improve posture and mobility. This is a FREE workshop for dentists. Masks are optional.
We will review simple exercises to help people move better to counteract the effects of static postures and leaning forward for uninterrupted periods of time. This can help prevent neck, low back and shoulder pain.
We will also educate on key ways to incorporate movement both at the workplace and home. These are simple exercises that can be done by most people and don’t require you to sweat.
This workshop is limited to 10 people, so register early if you would like to attend.
Please bring comfortable clothing you can move in (no jeans or skirts).
All participants will have to sign a waiver.
