The Core Workshop is a low intensity exercise class focusing on targeting the “core” and surrounding muscles. This is a great opportunity to learn how to effectively perform core exercises, from the basics to more advanced exercises.
The exercises can not only help build strength, but can help prevent and manage common injuries, such as low back pain. The exercises are low in intensity and can be performed by most people. We will also review some postural exercises.
