By Dr. Kathrine Tavakoli

What is Prolotherapy?

Prolotherapy is a regenerative injection treatment used to treat joint pain and ligament laxity by repairing damaged or weakened ligaments and tendons. A proliferative agent is injected into the joint (intra-articularly) or around the injured / affected area to promote healing and growth of normal cells and tissues.
