Join our Full Body Flex & Strength weekly group classes every Wednesday at 6:15pm starting on Wednesday June 19th for a fun and energizing workout session!
These weekly group workout classes are led by our experienced Kinesiologist and former personal trainer, Vera Melnikov. This class offers a well-rounded full body approach to maintaining and increasing strength, flexibility and balance.
The first half of the class will be focused on increasing flexibility of the wrists, shoulders, spine, hips and ankles. The second half of the class will utilize this new flexibility to strength train using the full biomechanical potential of your joints.
This group class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their flexibility, posture, balance, coordination and strength in a supportive and motivating environment 💪
