OSTEOPATHY

Osteopathy is a hands-on, patient-centred form of manual therapy that focuses on assessing and treating the body as a whole rather than just the site of pain. By identifying underlying movement restrictions, structural imbalances, and areas of dysfunction, osteopathic treatment aims to restore optimal function, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.

Osteopaths use a variety of gentle manual techniques tailored to each individual’s needs, including joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy and stretching. Treatment is designed to improve mobility, enhance circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote better overall movement and function.

Osteopathy can be an effective standalone treatment or complement other rehabilitation services such as physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and kinesiology. Osteopathy is suitable for people of all ages – from athletes recovering from injury to individuals managing chronic pain or mobility limitations.
