Pain Management and Injection Therapies:

  • Medical pain management and injection therapy service provides advanced, evidence-based treatments for acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Led by a licensed medical doctor (MD), this program integrates diagnostic precision with targeted injection therapies designed to reduce inflammation, promote healing, and restore optimal function. Using pain management combined with a multidisciplinary approach and in collaboration with other doctors and practitioners such as chiropractors, physiotherapists and rehab specialists, patients receive safe, effective, and individualized care. The goal is to alleviate pain, accelerate recovery, and improve healing.
  • Many services are free and covered by MSP. Contact the clinic for more info.

Services and Techniques:

  • Trigger Point Injections
Deliver small doses of anesthetic or anti-inflammatory medication directly into tight muscle bands to relieve tension, deactivate trigger points, and reduce referred pain patterns.
  • Corticosteroid Injections (Joint and Soft Tissue)
Use anti-inflammatory medication to decrease swelling and irritation in joints, tendons, or bursae – providing significant pain relief and improved mobility for arthritis, bursitis, or tendonitis.
  • Trigger Finger and Contracture Release Injections
Help release thickened tendon sheaths in the fingers or hand, reducing stiffness and locking sensations while improving smooth movement and hand function.
  • Hyaluronic Acid Injections (for Knee Osteoarthritis)
Restore joint lubrication and cushioning by supplementing natural synovial fluid, helping reduce pain, stiffness, and grinding in arthritic knees.
  • Therapeutic Botox Treatments
Use purified botulinum toxin to relax overactive or spasming muscles and modulate pain signals in specific conditions such as:

    • Migraine Headaches – reduces muscle tension and frequency of headaches
    • Hyperhidrosis – decreases excessive sweating by blocking overactive sweat glands
    • TMJ Disorders – relaxes jaw muscles to relieve tension and jaw-related pain
    • Spasticity of Cervical Muscles – reduces involuntary neck muscle contractions and stiffness
  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
Uses your body’s own platelets, concentrated from a small blood draw, to stimulate tissue repair and regeneration in injured tendons, ligaments, and joints – enhancing long-term healing and reducing chronic pain.
